After what I believe was the “umpteenth” time I’ve heard yet another GOP establishment-type (means they’re on the distinctly liberal side of the Republican leadership) I thought it was finally time to address the problem.  Last week on Fox News, Ed Rollins (Republican campaign consultant and former campaign manager for presidential candidate “she’s-out-of-control” Michelle Bachmann—Note: with statements like that about Bachmann one wonders if Rollins was working all along to unseat her candidacy) said again that “Obama is a nice man."

New Obama slogan has long ties to Marxism, socialism

The Obama campaign apparently didn't look backwards into history when selecting its new campaign slogan, "Forward" — a word with a long and rich association with European Marxism.
Many Communist and radical publications and entities throughout the 19th and 20th centuries had the name "Forward!" or its foreign cognates. Wikipedia has an entire section called "Forward (generic name of socialist publications)."
"The name Forward carries a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It has been frequently used as a name for socialist, communist and other left-wing newspapers and publications," the online encyclopedia explains.
The slogan "Forward!" reflected the conviction of European Marxists and radicals that their movements reflected the march of history, which would move forward past capitalism and into socialism and communism.
The Obama campaign released its new campaign slogan Monday in a 7-minute video. The title card has simply the word "Forward" with the "O" having the familiar Obama logo from 2008. It will be played at rallies this weekend that mark the Obama re-election campaign's official beginning.
There have been at least two radical-left publications named "Vorwaerts" (the German word for "Forward"). One was the daily newspaper of the Social Democratic Party of Germany whose writers included Friedrich Engels and Leon Trotsky. It still publishes as the organ of Germany's SDP, though that party has changed considerably since World War II. Another was the 1844 biweekly reader of the Communist League. Karl Marx, Engels and Mikhail Bakunin are among the names associated with that publication.
East Germany named its Army soccer club ASK Vorwaerts Berlin (later FC Vorwaerts Frankfort).
Vladimir Lenin founded the publication "Vpered" (the Russian word for "forward") in 1905. Soviet propaganda film-maker Dziga Vertov made a documentary whose title is sometimes translated as "Forward, Soviet" (though also and more literally as "Stride, Soviet").
Conservative critics of the Obama administration have noted numerous ties to radicalism and socialists throughout Mr. Obama's history, from his first political campaign being launched from the living room of two former Weather Underground members, to appointing as green jobs czar Van Jones, a self-described communist.

Facts and nothing but the facts with documents that have been deemed forgeries by a credible Law Enforcement Agency of the State of Arizona
A press gaggle had been hastily called on the afternoon of April 26,2011 to debut Obama’s newly found long-form birth certificate for the next morning,the 27th.  This briefing was done “old school” with the press corps being barred from using any audio or video recording of the event forcing them to use only pen and paper for any notes.  This practice was extremely rare within the James S. Brady press briefing room and was usually only followed when they were on Air Force One or Two or other secure locations for security purposes.  We do not have to guess the motives of the president’s agents at this gaggle,they were being deceptive.
The complicity of the State of Hawaii and several officials in their guarded and misleading statements from the Health Department and the Attorney Generals office had started in 2008 one week before the general election.  The changing of the name of birth certificates or certifications (COLB) sometime in 2009 is another reason to doubt their veracity.  Their duplicitous statements regarding the ability to receive a true and certified copy of an original document and impeached by the requirements of the State of Hawaii Homelands Heritage Agency itself,to require only the long-form birth certificate prior to sometime in 2009.  Hawaiian Statute §338-18 refutes all the hyperbole of the officials in this matter as it was only “departmental policy” of the Health Department and not “law” as these officials continually stated.  This corroborates the statements of Mile Zullo from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office about Hawaiian officials being complicit at least at some level;by their own deceptive statements,they have in essence self-impugned their own credibility.
We have the contradictory comments and actions of Neil Abercrombie the Governor of Hawaii who vowed to release Obama’s birth records in December of 2010 and by late January 2011 had retreated from all of his previous statements.  However,on Tuesday January 18,2011 he stated to the Honolulu Star-Advertiser that Obama did not have a hospital-generated long form birth certificate and the official record only consisted of a “unspecified notation or listing“.  Four short months later on April 27,2011 the Governor makes a press release of his own in conjunction with Obama’s “sideshow” message and tacitly intimates that Obama has a hospital generated long-form birth certificate.  It is signed by Dr. David A. Sinclair who had conveniently died in 2003 as evidenced by the now fraudulent and discredited document posted on whitehouse.gov.  This  forgery had been substituted for the official “certified certificates of live birth” he received on the 25th through his personal attorney.
The long-form birth certificate is so poorly forged that it claims Obama’s Father’s race classification as “African” when the National Center for Health Statistics of the Public Health Service used the official term “Negro” to denote a person of color in 1961.  All States and Territories were required to use the National Center for Health Statistics race classifications by federal law in the collection and reporting of vital statistics.  Pencil mark notations are seen on his long-form certificate,and was a national reporting requirement from the National Vital Statistics Division which required data be taken from certain birth certificates for statistical analysis.  The oddity about Obama’s certificate is that is was only required on “even” numbered documents,his forged document is numbered “61 10641″an “odd” numbered document so it would not have had these penciled-in notations for data collection.  On it’s face it is a fraudulent document without any type of analysis needing to be performed.
Officials of a credible law enforcement agency of the State of Arizona has leveled charges of forgery and fraud and that “probable cause” of a federal crime exists over Obama’s latest “Certificate of Live Birth”and his Selective Service Registration card.  Without having one,he could not have been elected to federal office.  Investigators also found that Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) microfiche records for the week of Aug. 1st thru 7th of 1961 from Hawaii were missing at the National Archives in Washington.
Selective Service Administration officials have refused as of March 28,2012  to permit examination of Obama’s original  Select Service Registration card to court approved forensic examiners of Maricopa County Sheriff‘s office investigators.
Alabama State Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker filed a concurrence in denial of a mandamus petition over a request for an original copy of his long-form birth certificate be filed with the State in the Courts Order dismissing the petition.  This statement lends credence that Obama’s fraudulent birth documents would have significant evidentiary value of forgery and fraud in the proper forum though was made in a failed ballot challenge from Alabama.  Justice Parker is referring to the findings by Maricopa County Sheriff‘s office in his concurrence.
We have so many questions and odd facts surrounding our president they are worth noting and discussing here:
His adoption records by Lolo Soetoro is another unanswered question which would sully the nativity narrative from his book Dreams from my Father and destroy his claim to citizenship.
It is also the little things:not showing any reverence for the National Anthem,when the flag is raised,every child is taught this from an early age,much less the exclusive education Obama received.
The ability to recite with almost perfect intonation the Muslim call to prayer after being absent from Indonesia a Muslim Nation for 36 years is baffling and astounding since he was only 10 years old when he left.  However,the reporter may not know how it should sound,given this then Obama is definitely a Manchurian candidate and belies a deeper story about his past that is unknown.
Obama tells a journalist about his Muslim faith,then is quickly corrected by the journalist as being a Christian,this is definitely something one does not make a mistake about,which is it?  Believing that there are 57 States in our Nation,he lived in the 50th State,why does he not know this.
The little details seem so difficult for him.
Canadian Talk Show Host,Ezra Levant,characterized the servile bow to the Saudi Prince in April 2009 as he commented:

“Americans Bow to No One,they are not of a Monarchy,much less a deep servile bow to the Saudi King.”

Our State Department throughout the years has created unique diplomatic protocols to recognize our distinction as a “Constitutional Republic” and not a Monarchy.  We take fealty to the Constitution not a Man or Woman of Royal Heritage as a Nation that believes in self-rule and the Rule of Law,we bow to no one.  Powerful people with ties to a Saudi Prince purportedly paid for his Harvard education and put his “deep servile bow” in perspective.
An employee of the TAC Corporation was cooperating with the FBI in 2008 over a passport data breach of Obama’s records which was managed by John Brennan,he was an advisor to Obama‘s campaign at the time.  Mr. Brennan then became a National Security advisor to Obama effectively ending any inquiry into his part in the matter.  The poor employee was murdered in cold blood under mysterious though fortuitous circumstance for Obama and Mr. Brennan.
Summation and Conclusion
I have given an honest due diligent effort to research this issue and have used the words,deeds and actions of the players in this matter to impeach their statements and call into question their motives for their behavior.   The only record of the release of the forged “certificates of live birth” on April 27,2011 is the transcript produced by the White House.
It appears a bait and switch of the forged document was substituted for the real certificates Obama physically received in fact on April 26,2011,as this is only statement regarding it’s authenticity made by him “no matter what we put up.”  We are also lacking any statements from Ms. Corley;the president’s personal counsel on what it is that actually resides on whitehouse.gov.
The very real possibility that he does have a long-form birth certificate by affidavit and is now more than likely the reason to continue to secret all his records in the State of Hawaii and elsewhere is more than plausible;it is most likely as PROVEN by Governor Abercrombie.
We have been shown a simple method for anyone to ascertain that the president’s long-form birth certificate is a forgery by simply printing two copies from whitehouse.gov and matching the type between two lines of text.  Nick Chase developed this method,I encourage everyone to use his method and prove it to yourself.
Obama’s aides,officers and agents created a false narrative and media style negative hype campaign with “Operation Sideshow” with the sole objective and purpose to place a forged document on a federal government website.   The news media agencies in this nation should be investigating these grave matters to find out who has perpetrated any possible wrongdoing,by and against the individuals named in this investigation.
The unwillingness of Congress and the Courts to investigate and prosecute this matter is baffling and disturbing as the Constitution appears to be a dead document to all our branches of Government,except of course to the people,as in “We the People.”  To do otherwise only mocks the rule of law and openness in government and calls into question our natural and unalienable right to a free and open press and our many Constitutional guarantees and treats our citizens as subjects and not free Men and Women to determine our own destiny.
We are a free and able people that deserve Obama’s respect and admiration as he works for us,as we certainly do not work for him.  Furthermore,this travesty of credibility of our president robs the American people of the dignity of our heritage as a Nation founded on self-rule and the rule of law with no one being above the law,not even our President!

1.   This administration’s sense of entitlement: 
Obama has played over 100 rounds of golf since becoming president.  He has taken or sent his family on more vacations than we can count.  He has no concern about the fact that he does this on the taxpayer’s tab.
The General Services Administration threw a $823,000 party in Las Vegas.  It is as if the ‘gods of the marketplace’ believe they deserve these extravagant parties,as if they are perks that go along with the job.
Defense Secretary Leon Panetta charges the American tax payer $32,000 weekly as he jets to California for the weekend.
This administration approved a ½ billion dollar gift to Solyndra before it went bankrupt.  When Solyndra went bankrupt the cost was passed on to the American taxpayer.
2.  This administration’s belief that they are above the law:
The U.S. Justice Department approved the sale of guns to the Mexican drug cartels knowing these guns would be used against innocent people.  Obama has no conscience regarding the sanctity of life.  He once said he would rather murder the unborn child of his daughter than punish her with a baby.
The president,who promised to unify us and bring us together, is suing the state of Arizona opposing the laws the residents of that great state approved that were designed to protect its innocent citizens from illegal immigrants who might have criminal intent.
Illegal immigration is a federal crime.  This president sends a message that some crime is acceptable and he gets to decide which ones!
Obama is attempting to strong-arm the Supreme Court to support a most unconstitutional measure in Obamacare that would force Americans to purchase something against their will.
3.  This administration’s aura of dishonesty
If the president has nothing to hide,why spend $2 million to cover up his past.  Where are the papers he wrote in college?  Where are his grades from Harvard?  Where are all the classmates or girlfriends who should be lining up for their 15 minutes of fame because they took a class with Obama?
Obama said he was the one to unify us but when have we been more polarized.  He is quick to stir up racial tension when given an opportunity.  He promotes class welfare.  I know,the press wants us to think he has an I.Q. of over 200.  Does it not seem he was lacking in judgment and wisdom when he made a judgment about his professor friend at Harvard before the facts were in and had to hold a beer summit to fix his blunder.  I don’t really see the resemblance of the president with Trayvon Martin.  Obama again became involved in an issue before the facts were in.
Why so much controversy about his birth certificate?  If there wasn’t something to hide,would this president not have cleared that up long ago?  I don’t want proof that Barack Obama,Sr. is his father. I want proof that Frank Marshall Davis was NOT his real father.
I’m tired of being told what to believe when the opposite is usually true.  Michelle Obama recently attempted to reinforce the messianic traits of her husband.  She boldly declared that he has “brought us out of the darkness and into the light.”  Uh,no,Michelle,that would be Jesus,not Barack!
Memo to Michelle:  He ain’t the Messiah and this ain’t the light!

Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations. The allegations that horrified fellow Republicans and caused his once-promising candidacy to implode in four short days have given Obama a clear lead as Republicans struggled to fetch an alternative. Ryan’s campaign began to crumble on Monday following the release of embarrassing records from his divorce. In the records, his ex-wife, Boston Public actress Jeri Ryan, said her former husband took her to kinky sex clubs in Paris, New York and New Orleans.

"It’s clear to me that a vigorous debate on the issues most likely could not take place if I remain in the race," Ryan, 44, said in a statement. Although Ryan disputed the allegations, saying he and his wife went to one ‘avant-garde’ club in Paris and left because they felt uncomfortable, lashed out at the media and said it was "truly outrageous" that the Chicago Tribune got a judge to unseal the records.

The Republican choice will become an instant underdog in the campaign for the seat of retiring Republican Senator Peter Fitzgerald, since Obama held a wide lead even before the scandal broke.

"I feel for him actually," Obama told a Chicago TV station. "What he’s gone through over the last three days I think is something you wouldn’t wish on anybody."

Obama has held more re-election fundraisers than previous five Presidents combined as he visits key swing states on 'permanent campaign'

Obama is also the only president in the past 35 years to visit every electoral battleground state in his first year of office.
The figures, contained a in a new book called The Rise of the President’s Permanent Campaign by Brendan J. Doherty, due to be published by University Press of Kansas in July, give statistical backing to the notion that Obama is more preoccupied with being re-elected than any other commander-in-chief of modern times.

Apr. 28 - James Madison, 5th President, warns of "usurper" and defends against Muslim pirates Leading the charge at the Battle of Trenton, a musket ball struck his shoulder, hitting an artery.

He recovered and continued to fight for General Washington, becoming friends with French officer Lafayette.

His name was James Monroe, born APRIL 28, 1758.

Home-schooled as a child by Reverend William Douglas, James Monroe was fellow-students with John Marshall, who became the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Monroe graduated from the College of William and Mary, studied law under Thomas Jefferson, and was a delegate to the Continental Congress.



He served as U.S. Senator, Governor of Virginia, Secretary of War, and Secretary of State, where he negotiated the Louisiana Purchase which doubled the size of the United States.

Elected the 5th U.S. President, James Monroe acquired Florida from Spain, 1819; added Maine, Illinois, Missouri, Alabama and Mississippi to the Union; and proclaimed the Monroe Doctrine, 1823, which forbade European powers from interfering with the independent nations of the Western Hemisphere.



In his First Inaugural Address, March 4, 1817, President James Monroe warned:

"What raised us to the present happy state?...The Government has been in the hands of the people. To the people, therefore...is the credit due...

It is only when the people become ignorant and corrupt, when they degenerate into a populace, that they are incapable of exercising the sovereignty.

Usurpation is then an easy attainment, and an usurper soon found. The people themselves become the willing instruments of their own debasement and ruin...

James Monroe continued:

"If we persevere...we can not fail, under the favor of a gracious Providence...My fervent prayers to the Almighty that He will be graciously pleased to continue to us that protection which He has already so conspicuously displayed in our favor."



When Muslim Barbary Pirates committed terrorist attacks, President James Monroe refused appeasement and instead deployed the U.S. Navy, as he stated, March 5, 1821:

"Our relations with the Barbary Powers are preserved...by the same means that were employed when I came into this office. As early as 1801 it was found necessary to send a squadron into the Mediterranean for the protection of our commerce."



In his 5th Annual Message, December 3, 1821, President James Monroe reiterated:

"A squadron has been maintained in the Mediterranean, by means whereof peace has been preserved with the Barbary Powers...From past experience...it is distinctly understood that should our squadron be withdrawn they would soon recommence their hostilities and depredations upon our commerce."



In 1823, President James Monroe, with the U.S. Congress, ordered Decatur, Alabama, to be founded in honor of Commodore Stephen Decatur, the renowned U.S. Naval officer who forced the Muslim pirates to surrender, ending the Barbary Wars.



In his First Annual Message, December 2 1817, President James Monroe stated:

"In grateful acknowledgments to that Omnipotent Being...in unceasing prayer that He will endow us with virtue and strength."

On November 16, 1818, in his 2nd Annual Message, President Monroe stated:

"For these inestimable blessings we can not but be grateful to that Providence which watches over the destiny of nations...

When we view the blessings with which our country has been favored...Let us then, unite in offering our most grateful acknowledgments for these blessings to the Divine Author of All Good."

On November 14, 1820, in his 4th Annual Message, President James Monroe stated:

"When...we take into view the prosperous and happy condition of our country...it is impossible to behold...without being penetrated with the most profound and grateful acknowledgments to the Supreme Author of All Good for such manifold and inestimable blessings...especially...our most excellent system of government, the powerful instrument in the hands of our All-merciful Creator in securing to us these blessings."



On March 5, 1821, in his 2nd Inaugural Address, President Monroe stated:

"The liberty, prosperity, and happiness of our country will always be the object of my most fervent prayers to the Supreme Author of All Good....With a firm reliance on the protection of Almighty God."

On December 3, 1821, in his 5th Annual Message, President Monroe stated:

"Deeply impressed with the blessings which we enjoy...my mind is irresistibly drawn to that Almighty Being, the great source from whence they proceed and to whom our most grateful acknowledgments are due."

On December 7, 1824, in his 8th Annual Message, President James Monroe stated:

"For these blessings we owe to Almighty God...with profound reverence, our most grateful and unceasing acknowledgments....

Having commenced my service in early youth, and continued it since with few and short intervals, I have witnessed the great difficulties to which our Union has been exposed, and admired the virtue and intelligence with which they have been surmounted...

That these blessings may be preserved and perpetuated will be the object of my fervent and unceasing prayers to the Supreme Ruler of the Universe."

President James Monroe, who was a member of the Episcopalian Church, admonished:

"The establishment of our institutions forms the most important epoch that history hath recorded...To preserve and hand them down in their utmost purity to the remotest ages will require the existence and practice of the virtues and talents equal to those which were displayed in acquiring them."



James Monroe stated:

"Of the liberty of conscience in matters of religious faith, of speech and of the press; of the trial by jury;...of the benefit of the writ of habeas corpus; of the right to keep and bear arms...

If these rights are...secured against encroachments, it is impossible that government should ever degenerate into tyranny."

What about Obama?...He's the one who Holder reports to!...

Barack Obama had a captive audience when he called for an “Amen”  when speaking to students in North Carolina about his plan to lower interest rates for student loans.

In February,Georgia Administrative Judge Michael Malihi deliberately ignored fact,the language of the Constitution,and Supreme Court precedent in manufacturing the logically and legally impossible decision that Barack Hussein Obama was indeed a “natural born citizen” of the United States and therefore eligible to be on the Georgia state ballot.  This stunningly improper ruling–the sort to which the shameful disregard for common sense and legal ethics must always lead–made the judge a nationwide object of contempt and derision.
Although many court watchers were discouraged by Malihi’s willful corruption of American justice,he did manage to provide one important service for the American public before being bought off by Obama’s forces. By permitting 3 separate eligibility suits to go forward and be decided,however improperly, on their merits,Malihi had become the first judge to forgo the evasion tactic employed by so many of his corrupt colleagues on the bench. That is,he did not throw out legal challenges to Obama’s eligibility due to the plaintiff’s “lack of standing,” the irresponsible and cowardly procedural path taken by other judges who wished to avoid trying the case.
But if anyone believed Malihi’s choice to hear a case dangerous to the Obama Regime would begin a trend of judicial integrity,they have been sorely disappointed by the performance of Arizona Federal Judge Susan Bolton.
In December,Van Irion,lead attorney of the Liberty Legal Foundation, filed suit against the National Democrat Party and its chairwoman,Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Irion asked the court for an injunction to prevent the Party naming Barack Hussein Obama its candidate for President in 2012 by ruling he is not a “natural born citizen,” as required by the Constitution of the United States.
Although both defendants were served with the action,neither bothered to respond or show up in court,something of a standard practice by Obama and his colleagues. When Irion asked the court for a default judgment against the Democrat Party and Schultz,Judge Bolton denied the motion,claiming the Democrat Party had not been properly served according to HER particular interpretation of federal law for the legal service of defendants. As Irion puts it,“Bolton acted more like a defense attorney than a judge,” as she “…denied [a] motion for default judgment by interpreting a procedural rule in a way that it has apparently never been interpreted before.”
Although Irion explained the law to Bolton and provided the proof-of-delivery receipt from the USPS,Judge Bolton still refused to accept the written delivery certification of the Post Office! Irion explains,“What’s disturbing about [this] ruling is the fact that most courts routinely grant default judgments when defendants don’t show up. If a defendant later show up and proves they were not properly served the court can easily vacate the judgment…”
In short,Judge Bolton not only ignored usual court procedure,she became counsel for the interests of the Democrat Party,“…[asserting] defenses that the absent defendant didn’t offer on its own behalf.”
As Diogenes spent a lifetime looking for an honest man,the American people have spent 3 years in search of an honest judge! Surely,one must exist somewhere.

What does history tell us?

April 26, 2012 (TPATH) - There is a possibility that the future for America and therefore the world, could be very bleak.  Cable TV has been rife with talk lately about natural disasters, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods or mass coronal ejections from the sun, impacting social services, communication and power grids which could force the people to provide for themselves or perish.

The possibility of horrendous  events such as these have and will no doubt always exist. However, more than anytime in America's past there is a real and present danger in our near future, posed not from nature, but from man.

Every sane and rational person knows, Communism is a vile form of government which is for the most part devoid of God and morality. Hence one might see it as having very little in common with radical Islam.  But, that would be a disastrous conclusion.  According to many who are watching closely, people like Glenn Beck, Brad Thor and many others believe strongly that theses two  diametrically opposed ideologies have joined forces in a common goal to defeat a larger enemy. America and the West.

If Christians, Jews and Americans, continue to look the other way and deny this war on our culture is in full stride, this country and the West will just be a footnote as the two forces, Islam and Communism finish the battle on each other, long after our annihilation. Then, with all sense of morality and humanism destroyed the group that will eventually control the world will be the one with the least compassion for life.

The longer term threat may be that of Islam, for sure the near term danger is from the left.  If one has not noticed we have a Marxist in our White House.  He has hired all manner of leftist, Communist people to advise and write law in the form of regulation.

Through out history, Marxists, Communists and the forms of dictatorial governments that evolve in support of them, have been successful at three things.

1) Keeping its citizens uneducated, uninformed and unarmed.
2) Keeping power at any cost and without regard to human misery or death.
3) Creating a ruling, political class of the true one percent while destroying initiative, productivity and private ownership of property or businesses for 99% of its population which lives in fear, hopelessness and poverty.

The useful idiots, the occupy types, will be dispensed with promptly and without mercy once their usefulness has ended. Those fools will join the others in the darkness of mass graves or the despair of concentration camps. As the lights dim on their dreams of  sharing unearned wealth so will the understanding of just how the 1% of Communist rule deals with the unproductive.

Throughout history, Communist governments, regardless of how they get control, whether by revolution or the ballot, one constant remains. They will hang on to power, at any cost.

Leftist governments are responsible for hundreds of millions of deaths, of their own citizens.  The list is endless, from Stalin, to Pol Pot, to Castro to Mau Ste Tung. The blood of their people, has been the fuel of their control.

The question could be asked, what does this have to do with us, here in America?  Unfortunately, too much! 

It is a fact that  most of Obama's past has been successfully hidden, but his present is clear as a bell.  Everything he has done, proves, without the slightest doubt that he is a Marxist and a Communist.  It is clear he has been working not only with the Islamic world but national and global leftists to undermine and destroy America as we know it.

Today Is The One Year Anniversary Of The Release Of Obama’s Forged Long-Form Birth Certificate!

Today is the One Year Anniversary of the Placement of Obama’s Forged Long-Form Birth Certificate on the White House Website, a Red-Letter Day to be Sure
Forensic Hurdles and the Obvious Choice,a Digital Forgery
Just this past month,Alabama State Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker filed a concurrence in denial of a mandamus petition over a request for an original copy of Obama’s long-form birth certificate be filed with the State in the Courts Order:

Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition,which,if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation,would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the ‘short form’ and the ‘long form’ birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public.

His statement resulted from a failed ballot challenge from Alabama,although Justice Parker is referring to the findings by Maricopa County Sheriff‘s office.
I believe we are at a point to make some reasonable conjecture.
A forgery for a “certificate of live birth” must be created to give the appearance of propriety to Obama’s claims of citizenship. Otherwise,he is simply a usurper;the cries for verification have become too loud to ignore. Donald Trump and Jerome Corsi’s best selling book “Wheres the Birth Certificate?”,which was released in May 2011,turned the tide and forced Obama to make an about face on this issue.  Obama could not release his actual and genuine “certified”copy as it would show him to be ineligible to hold the Office of President as it is most likely a birth certificate by affidavit.
Given this set of circumstances,several technical difficulties come into play that limit his choices to accomplish the goal of creating a forgery for his birth documents;these hurdles are discussed below.
1.) It cannot be easily placed into the bound volume residing in the records of the State of Hawaii;the reason for this is that it is forensically impossible to do so for the following reasons:

1a.) this would require removing the entire record from the vault for an extended period;this is practically impossible.

1b.) the entire bound volume would be nearly impossible to duplicate as it would require a volume of materials that are no longer available (age appropriate).  This would mean paper,spine, cover,inside flap materials,adhesives,ink,and the duplication of every record in the current bound volume,a monumental task.

1c.) to replace just his record is again difficult as it actually requires taking the bound volume apart separating the page that contains his record.  A single page in a bound book is actually only one of four pages.  It is a single piece of paper that is folded in half and placed with others nested to make a booklet;these booklets are then brought together and bound then placed into the spine of a single volume.  It is printed on each side as well,further complicating matters.

(Note:if it is a 3 post binder book this matter would be easier to accomplish;however,any single page would either be two or four pages front to back.)

2d.) it would be next to impossible to cut and replace a page;this would then be two pages (front &back),and it would be grossly evident given close examination.

1e.) forensic and chemical tests on the paper and materials would again preclude the substitution or replacement scenario,as aging leaves it‘s own evidence that is difficult to duplicate and in some cases geographic dependent on how it effects a record.

1f.) a bound volume that has records added as is it made (being added through time) brings a matter of complexity to any attempt to enter a forged record of this type.  This book then would capture certain biological material (spores and pollen) and information of the seasons as flora blooms and blossoms along with fungi and humans that handled this volume.

(Note:examination of this type of evidence would be another method to ascertain that the book or records contained forgeries.)

2.)  Microfiche records may or not exist for his record;if so,a forged microfiche record may be able to be made. However,it would require remaking the entire reel or sheet,then substituting the forged record during the exposure and creation process.  This is probably a more feasible process;however,it would need materials that would pass forensic examination.  Original materials that date to the time the reel or sheet was last created is probably next to impossible to obtain to complete this type of forgery.
Any forgery for a bound volume breaks down rather quickly as being insurmountable when the technical hurdles are considered.  The only reasonable alternative is to create a digital image and substitute it for any “claimed”certificates Obama received from the Hawaii Department of Health,a bait and switch scenario.  An honorable mention needs to be made to Loretta Fuddy,Director of Health for Hawaii;Neil Abercrombie,Governor;and David Louie,Attorney General,who played their parts extremely well to aid Obama in this masquerade over his birth certificates.  One can only hope that the legal and political consequences prove disastrous for them in the future as they assisted in the deception of the American people.
The actual forger was so incompetent that whoever made this forgery did not know that all they had to do was print the document on a safety paper background,then scan that and post it on whitehouse.gov,making detection more difficult. Obama is strictly second rate as he cannot even get a world class forger to create his false and fraudulent documents;they are on par with his Cabinet and Czars,all second and third string players.  Was the actual perpetrator of this crime an unwilling participant to this cabal and left tell-tale evidence for others to find? We can only hope so.
(Note:I personally believe it was incompetence born of arrogance as the press corps would give cover to any actions Obama and his agents cared to implement so he could be careless.)
All the subterfuge of the press gaggle and Obama’s own statements of April 27,2011 were obfuscation for the placement of a false and forged document on the web.  Officials of the State of Hawaii have facilitated this.  Operation Sideshow is looking like an actual operation and cabal conceived,planned,and executed with a host of accomplices. Some were active and others were passive as a fawning and pliant press;without their capable or incompetent services,this could never have been possible.
Obama needs to end this matter by releasing his birth certificate documents for examination from Hawaii’s vital statistics vault.  Forensic analysis of the original record(s) is necessary to clear this matter up.  This can be done by Obama waiving any confidentiality requirements as he did in his letter of April 22,2011 per Hawaii Statute §338-18 and allow his records to be examined.
His refusal to release his documents is ominous and mystifying if in fact his records are as he claims them to be.  Ms. Corley needs to state that the “Certificate(s) of Live Birth” she received from Ms. Fuddy is the same as the one posted on whitehouse.gov.  I personally think she would decline such a claim now that it has been declared a forgery. Who knows what she will do?
She was probably only sent to fetch the certificates and instructed not to view the documents so that she could not be compelled to testify on the contents of the sealed envelope at a later date if it all blew up in their faces.  This way,she could use plausible denial as a defense;all she would have done was turn over a sealed envelope to Bob Bauer (the White House counsel) who would have a certain amount of executive privilege from congressional oversight and possibly the courts as well.  It was probably cheap insurance for them,though only a well-reasoned guess on my part.
Part Ten is a simple method to determine for yourself that Obama‘s long-form birth certificate is a forgery;this method was developed by Nick Chase,a retired expert in typewriters and type set machines for the printing of technical documents and newspapers.

Today, Time magazine got hold of a memo written by then-CIA head Leon Panetta after he received orders from Barack Obama’s team to greenlight the bin Laden mission. Here’s the text, which summarized the situation:

Received phone call from Tom Donilon who stated that the President made a decision with regard to AC1 [Abbottabad Compound 1]. The decision is to proceed with the assault.

The timing, operational decision making and control are in Admiral McRaven’s hands. The approval is provided on the risk profile presented to the President. Any additional risks are to be brought back to the President for his consideration. The direction is to go in and get bin Laden and if he is not there, to get out. Those instructions were conveyed to Admiral McRaven at approximately 10:45 am.

Completing the Case for a Birth Certificate by Affidavit from Statements of Neil Abercrombie Governor of Hawaii
We are now at a point to discuss Neil Abercrombie’s remarks of January 18,2011 in detail and to refresh our memory about not being able to release Obama’s records as shown in this quote from the Daily Mail a United Kingdom newspaper dated January 20,2011:

Abercrombie said on Tuesday that an investigation had unearthed papers proving Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961.  He told Honolulu’s Star-Advertiser:‘It actually exists’was an unspecified listing or notation of Obama’s birth that someone had made in the state archives and not a birth certificate.  And in the same interview Abercrombie suggested that a long-form,hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

In Part Six,we were introduced to the kernel or fingerprint of the evidence we have been looking for on the type of birth certificate Obama actually has.   Neil Abercrombie appears to be an honest man,at least in January.  What he has actually described is an affidavit for birth registration that was not attended by any medical personnel.  The Territorial Public Health Statistics Act of 1955 was fully in force in 1961,and a birth certificate by affidavit would have all the information he describes.
He drops the quest to release Obama’s information and retreats from his earlier remarks.  However,Governor Abercrombie has solved the riddle on what actually is in Obama’s records in Hawaii’s vital statistics vault in a bound volume of birth records.  His statements allude to only an “unspecified listing or notation”;however,this is just politispeak for a birth registration by AFFIDAVIT,which can now be taken as an implied FACT with the Governors statement:

Abercrombie suggested that a long-form,hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

This is the very definition of a birth certificate by affidavit available in 1961 in accordance with the Heath Statistics Act of 1955 for the Territory of Hawaii.

Requirements of an Agency of the State of Hawaii Contradict Officials Statements
Until sometime in 2009,the State of Hawaii required a “Certificate of Live Birth” to prove Hawaiian ancestry,supposedly unavailable since statements by DOH and Vital Statistics personnel declare only COLB available from 2001 forward.  Certificates of Live Birth were not available since the mid 1980’s as well,according to a statement of Bob Bauer,White House counsel.

In order to process your application [to prove native Hawaiian ancestry],DHHL [Department of Hawaiian Homelands] utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth,which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.

This statement was taken from an investigation performed on behalf of a retired CIA officer to look into Obama’s birth certificate.  He produced evidence that the State of Hawaii,through their Department of Hawaiian Homelands Homestead and Ancestral lands program,needed the “Certificate of Live Birth” or more commonly known as the long-form birth certificate.
The Governor,the Director of the Department of Health,two spokespersons for the Health Department,and the State Attorney General’s office have all made duplicitous and misleading statements in this matter. Why?
These statements look like opening salvos in Operation Sideshow and could be the culmination of these efforts,and entail not only the president and his aides but officials of Hawaii as well.
Jerome Corsi’s article of February 25,2011 is prophetic,or there actually was and is an active conspiracy to give credence to the now discredited and forged documents that reside on whitehouse.gov.
The only statements we have are Obama’s lame “no matter what we put out” and Dr. Fukino’s impeached remarks of April 11,2011 to Michael Isikoff on what it is that is contained in Obama’s bona fides regarding his birth and the forged certificate placed on whitehouse.gov on  April 27,2011.   None of these statements is from any State of Hawaii official,then or now!
The president’s stubborn refusal to submit his documentation to third party verification leaves gaps in the narrative,through which a semi truck can now be driven and makes Operation Sideshow appears to have spanned at least 2 ½ years in the making,with 3 ½ after execution.
